Sunrise at Punta Grosso

This shot was taken while I was on vacation in Croatia.
Punta Grosso is an old coastal Fort in the northern vacancy of Pula, Istria. It provides a stunning overview of the coast with it's little bays and the Brijuni islands.

But this morning something different attracted my attention.
It was the most beautiful sunrise ever to be seen. When sun disappeared behind a cloud the godrays that came up were simply amazing.
